As Crystals vibrate at different frequencies, each crystal exhibits itself in various form, texture and colour, each crystal holds unique specific characteristics and vibration.

In the Introduction to crystals workshop you will learn how to choose the correct crystal for either yourself, or for the purpose that you require it for and be guided through the following techniques with me in a practicle, live, enjoyable workshop.

Firstly we begin the crystal workshop with a White Light Meditation, this clears our area of any unwanted negative energy and replaces it with wonderful positive energy. I like to do this little meditation as it is a lovely way to start our workshop.

In the Introduction to crystals workshop we will cover the following techniques:

• We will learn a little theory about crystals and where they come from, how crystals were formed, history and traditions associated with crystals, our bodies energy system and the 7 main chakras used in a crystal chakra balance, we will see which crystals associate with you and the zodiac. 

• We will research various ways to choose, cleanse, charge and program your crystals.

• We will practice a basic meditation and then a Crystal meditation. Thus experiencing how crystals are used in enhancing a meditation for ourselves.

• Crystals are also often used for divination work by using a pendulum, we will learn how to use a crystal pendulum for "yes" or "no" answers. 
   
• We will practice some of the uses of Crystals for Healing by placing crystals either on or around the body. It is the vibration from within the Crystal that can facilitate healing by changing our bodies energy vibration and thus making it easier for our body to heal itself. 

• We will also balance our bodies electromagnetic energy field by placing specific crystals on our body within the areas of our chakra system and aura by using a crystal healing grid. (or pattern of placing crystals.)

• The grids are supplied to you in your workbook, you will also recieve 2 sets of crystals to keep for your future chakra balancing and aura clearing. 

• Observe how Crystal can also be used in a crystal massage and how this can be used to either relax & de-stress or to energise and invigorate the system. 

• Elixirs can be made from some crystals by soaking the crystal for a few hours in a glass of water and then removing the crystal and drinking the water, care must be taken with this process as some crystals are poisonous. In general steer away from crystals that end in "ITE" such as malachite etc (but always consult a good crystal guide book such as "The crystal Bible" by Judy Hall.

• You will receive "An Introduction to Crystals Workbook" and have hands on practice & tuition with a qualified Advanced Crystal Healing Practitioner.

•  Morning & Afternoon Tea, a bottle of water, and lunch (home made quiche and salad and tea, coffee or juice) are provided on both days at no extra charge.

• You will have the opportunity to purchase other crystals like tumbled stones, clusters, spheres, wands, pendulums, terminators, pyramids at very reasonable prices.  

• As a bonus, if she is available on the day, a talk will be given by a qualified Geologist.

• A Certificate is given on completion of this workshop.
